      We started our place as a Pilates studio, we have evolved through time as we educate ourselves further, but this method stays with us as it gives us a solid foundation of our practice.

      Pilates will give you a good sense of body awareness and develop better control with your body, which makes it one of the best approaches to building a foundation for any fitness goals or athletic endeavors you have. 

      Here is a list of Pilates classes that we offer in the studio:

      Pilates Mat Plus

      Description

      A unique blend of the Original Pilates Mat exercises plus movement materials that will challenge your core strength, spinal articulation, balance, coordination, or mobility. 

      Benefits 

      A gentle work all-around your system that will improve your general strength, increase flexibility, and improve postural alignment will decrease the risk of desk-bound related injuries.

      Who is this class for?

      This class is catered to all levels, looking for gentle but effective work with the body to improve posture and increase core strength.

      Strength Pilates Mat

      Description 

      This class utilizes the classic Pilates Mat, bodyweight training plus the Pilates Wunda Chair exercises.

      This unique approach is then optimized by weaving these exercises into strength training principles. The exercise routine will be held for six weeks to ensure that students develop proficiency in the exercises and achieve optimal strength development.

      You will build the strongest core you've had, leaner arms, and legs plus coming out of every session with a tall posture.

      Who is this class for? 

      This class is suitable for Pilates practitioners who struggle to perform specific movements due to a lack of strength and for beginners to enter into pilates practice in a more straightforward yet effective approach.

      Reformer Strength

      Description 

      This class is only available at our International Plaza branch.

      A unique approach to the Pilates Reformer training that is very effective in developing full-body strength. This program will select a few exercises from the classic Pilates Reformer routine combined with innovative contemporary reformer exercises. This routine will be held for six weeks to ensure that students develop proficiency in the exercises and achieve optimal strength development.

      You will build a very strong core, leaner arms, and a more flexible and stronger lower body while having fun with this super versatile reformer machine.

      Who is this class for? 

      This class is suitable for beginners as it's simpler and effective approach will smoothen out the learning process. This class is also the solution of the regular pilates practitioners who wants to take their practice to a higher level.

      Reformer Allegro

      Description 

      This class is only available at our International Plaza branch.

      Experience a variety of classic and contemporary Pilates Reformer movements in this session. 

      Benefits 

      This session offers a workout for the whole body, core strengthening, flexibility, and control to create a more balanced physique.

      Who is this class for? 

      This class is suitable for everyone, to Pilates practitioners that practice regularly and to those who want to experience how good the Pilates Reformer machine is.

      PRECAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

      Please ensure that you seek help from a medical professional if you have any injuries or medical conditions before joining the session.

       **All classes are not suitable for pregnant women and women who have just given birth unless they have been exercising regularly and consistently for several years and have permission from their OB.

      THINGS YOU NEED FOR THE CLASS

      Make sure that you have these items ready before coming to the class.

      • Comfortable exercises attire
      • A towel is optional but good to have
      • A pair of non-slip socks will be better, but normal socks will do
      • We provide purified drinking and disposable cups, but we appreciate it if you bring your drinking bottle to protect our environment.
