      Calisthenics training, also known as a Bodyweight training exercise, is one of our go-to methods in building up the foundation to develop our movement practice.
      And the one that we teach our serious students to build theirs.

      The benefits of bodyweight training exercises are too good for us to look away from. It gives us more than enough strength and provides functional mobility and control to move our bodies better.

      CALISTHENICS FUNDAMENTALS

      Description 

      We recommend this class for those who are just getting started with Calisthenics. This is to ensure that you build your foundation of bodyweight training in a very systematic way.

      If you have been struggling with proper push-ups and pull-ups for years, this class is for you. All you need is an appropriate progression and consistency in practice to these simple yet hard to achieve exercises, and you'll get there in no time.

      Benefits 

      Build a decent upper body, lower body, and core strength, which results in developing toned and robust muscles overall. On top of this, you will also gain a good foundation of flexibility on your hips and lower body. 

      Who is this class for? 

      For starters in Calisthenics and fitness enthusiast who want to develop a good foundation of strength overall and wants to learn the fundamental execution of bodyweight exercises.

      CALISTHENICS CLASS

      Description 

      This class is the next level up from Calisthenics Fundamentals, the ultimate preparation for the world beyond. Work on your pull-ups, dips, single-leg squats, core, and much more advanced variations of bodyweight strength work that will lead towards muscle-ups and one-arm pull-ups.

      We make sure that students execute the exercises correctly, and we implement progressive programming to prevent potential injuries and optimize strength gains.

      Benefits 

      In this class, you will build a high level of upper body, lower body, and core strength, which results in developing toned and robust muscles overall. On top of this, you will also gain a good foundation of flexibility on your hips and lower body. 

      Who is this class for? 

      This class helps Calisthenics and fitness enthusiasts progress towards more advanced bodyweight exercises. If you can do a few pull-ups and dips but having a difficult time advancing to the next level, this class will take you further.

      RINGS CLASS

      Description 

      Have you ever wondered what to do with the gymnastic rings? This class will work you out using the gymnastic rings from working with planks to planches, basic hang to front lever, core, and leg workout.

      It is a fun blend of working out and playing around with movements on the gymnastic rings, parallettes, and floor work.

      Benefits 

      Build a decent upper body, lower body, and core strength, which results in developing toned and robust muscles overall. On top of this, you will also gain a good foundation of flexibility on your hips and lower body. 

      Who is this class for? 

      This class is excellent for Calisthenics and fitness enthusiasts who want to experience a little variety with their training. If you are looking for more challenging exercises or want to work on more movement on the rings, this class will be a good one.

      PRECAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

      Please ensure that you seek help from a medical professional if you have any injuries or medical conditions before joining the session.

       **All classes are not suitable for pregnant women and women who have just given birth unless they have been exercising regularly and consistently for several years and have permission from their OB.

      THINGS YOU NEED FOR THE CLASS

      Make sure that you have these items ready before coming to the class.

      • Comfortable exercises attire
      • A towel is optional but good to have
      • Calisthenics session will be done barefoot, so no shoes required
      • We provide purified drinking and disposable cups, but we appreciate it if you bring your drinking bottle to protect our environment.
