      Calisthenics training, also known as a Bodyweight training exercise, is one of our go-to methods in building up the foundation to develop our movement practice.
      And the one that we teach our serious students to build theirs.

      The benefits of bodyweight training exercises are too good for us to look away from. It gives us more than enough strength and provides functional mobility and control to move our bodies better. 

      Proper guidance and excellent long-term programming in Calisthenics will keep you progressing in a balanced and sustainable way.

      CALISTHENICS FUNDAMENTALS

      Description 

      We recommend this class for those who are just getting started with Calisthenics. This is to ensure that you build your foundation of bodyweight training in a very systematic way.

      If you have been struggling with proper push-ups and pull-ups for years, this class is for you. All you need is an appropriate progression and consistency in practice to these simple yet hard to achieve exercises, and you'll get there in no time.

      Benefits 

      Build a decent upper body, lower body, and core strength, which results in developing toned and robust muscles overall. On top of this, you will also gain a good foundation of flexibility on your hips and lower body. 

      Who is this class for? 

      For starters in Calisthenics and fitness enthusiast who want to develop a good foundation of strength overall and wants to learn the fundamental execution of bodyweight exercises.

      Advanced Calisthenics

      Description 

      This is a bodyweight training class where you will work on progressing with your pull-ups, dips, pushups, and some gymnastic ring work.

      Benefits 

      Build more muscles, get really strong, and look good doing Bodyweight training.

      What is unique about this class

      Calisthenics training looks very simple and can be done anywhere, but with the guidance of an experienced teacher, you will not only be safer with your practice, you will also save time as your progress will be faster. With the combination of good programming and unique Calisthenics equipment, this class will take your practice to the next level.

      Who is this class for? 

      This is for intermediate and advanced Calisthenics practitioners looking to progress further with their training. You need to be able to do at least 10 pull-ups, 15 dips, and 25 push-ups done in good form before attending this class.

      CALISTHENICS RINGS

      Description 

      Gymnastic Rings is one of the best training equipment to strengthen your upper body.

      In this class, you will work on Calisthenics exercises, learn some fun movements, and progressively get stronger with your upper body, lower body, and core using the Gymnastic rings.

      What is unique about this class

      Though this class is a fun exploration session with the gymnastic ring, the exercises you will be doing will be customized to suit your current level. This will make the workout safer and more sustainable as a long-term program.

      Who is this class for? 

      This class is excellent if you want a fun and exciting variety for your fitness training. Beginners are welcome in this class but a good prerequisite is to be able to hang for at least 30s. A great class to prepare for the Calisthenics Rings will be our Calisthenics Fundamentals class to develop a good foundation of strength in your upper and lower body. 

      >If you are new to Calisthenics, a good combination for you will be 2x per week of Calisthenics Fundamentals and 1x a week of Calisthenics Ring class.

      Calisthenics Legs and Core

       

      Description 

      This Calisthenics class is a combination of unique core exercises done on the mat, box, or stall bars plus bodyweight exercises for your lower body. 

      Benefits 

      Tone up your midsection and your legs with this class.

      What is unique about this class

      The combination of leg exercises and core training will effectively burn more calories and at the same time tone up your mid-section. 

      Who is this class for? 

      This class is suitable for everyone looking to work on improving core and lower body strength. Exercises are adjusted easily for newbies or modified to challenge more if you are an advanced practitioner. If you are looking to improve your physique, then this class is for you.

      PRECAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

      Please ensure that you seek help from a medical professional if you have any injuries or medical conditions before joining the session.

       **All classes are not suitable for pregnant women and women who have just given birth unless they have been exercising regularly and consistently for several years and have permission from their OB.

      THINGS YOU NEED FOR THE CLASS

      Make sure that you have these items ready before coming to the class.

      • Comfortable exercises attire
      • A towel is optional but good to have
      • Calisthenics session will be done barefoot, so no shoes required
      • We provide purified drinking and disposable cups, but we appreciate it if you bring your drinking bottle to protect our environment.
