Bent Arm Strength

This class is the next level up from Calisthenics Fundamentals, the ultimate preparation for the world beyond. Work on your pull-ups, dips, single-leg squats, core, and much more advanced variations of bodyweight strength work that will lead towards muscle-ups and one-arm pull-ups.

Rings Class
Description
Enjoy working out using the gymnastic rings, work with planks to planches, basic hang to front lever, core, and leg workout in this session. This class is a fun blend of working out and playing around with movements on the gymnastic rings, parallettes, and floor work.

Basic Inversion
BASIC INVERSION CLASS
Description
Understand the basics of hand balance, headstands, handstand coordination, and physical preparation towards handstands. This class will highly compliment yoga practitioners who are struggling with working on the basic inversion movements.

Progressive training to learning how to do a handstand in the middle of the room. Open for beginners without any prior handstand training.

An Ido Portal inspired class that studies movement from all angles, gets more flexible, gets more robust, and works on your coordination, balance, and so much more with this class.

Capoeira
Description
